The new GMS headquarters is a 47,000 square foot, two-story building with a lower level.  The building amenities include a cafeteria with a commercial kitchen, a tiered auditorium that seats 75 occupants, a work-out room complete with full locker rooms and shower facilities, and a company lounge with a bar area.

The facility utilizes state-of-the-art technology which is integrated into the building to optimize employee productivity and comfort.  Video conferencing and Audio systems along with a powerful wireless network, promote teamwork and flexibility in the work environment.

The Northern Ohio Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. has awarded the GMS Building a Merit Award for Construction and Design.
